The company began with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus then expanded into additional live events, including Disney on Ice (under license from The Walt Disney Company), Monster Jam, Monster Energy AMA Supercross, and Sesame Street Live (under license from Sesame Workshop). The company is family owned.
