Johanna Bond

Bond earned a B.A. from Colorado College.[1] She completed a master's degree in public policy and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota.[1] Bond clerked for U.S. district judge Ann D. Montgomery.[1] She earned a LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center.[1]
Bond specializes in human rights.[1] She was an associate professor of law at the University of Wyoming College of Law.[1] She was a visiting associate professor and executive director of the women's law and public policy fellowship program at Georgetown University.[1] She was the Sydney and Frances Lewis Professor of Law and the associate dean for academic affairs at the Washington and Lee University School of Law.[1][2] In July 2023, Bond became dean of Rutgers Law School.[1]
