The process of delivering food is carried out by Uber drivers. In places where Uber Eats is offered, Uber will collaborate with restaurants every day to serve meals to its passengers.[7] In 2020, the company was sued for antitrust price manipulation, from forcing restaurants to charge the same price for delivery as for dine-in if the restaurant wants to be listed on the Uber Eats app, along with charging fees of 13–40% of revenue.
